TotalForce+ is open to the following qualified categories:

Complimentary Registration

Currently serving U.S. military, uniformed servicemembers, and their spouses
Academy Cadet/Midshipman & ROTC
Members of congress and congressional staff members
Currently serving DoW/VA/USPHS/NOAA civilians, and their spouses
Retired military or veterans (not currently employed in an industry related to the DoW), and their spouses

Paid Registration

Other current U.S. federal government employees (GS/SES) not included in the departments listed above, and their spouses
Representatives of industry companies
University professors and students
Representatives of foreign military, embassies, government

TotalForce+ is not open to the general public. You must be part of one of the categories above.

Registration - What’s Included

Includes access to all educational sessions and experiences, including Main Stage presentations, TotalForce+ Partner Workshops, TotalForce+ Talks, Solutions in Practice, Continuing the Conversation sessions, and the Military Spouse Lounge. Attendees will also have access to the Exhibit Hall in Prince George's Halls D & E, featuring partner exhibits, the Networking & Connections Hub, Human Performance Lab, Studio Live, MOAA Mission Central, the Leadership Library and Tuesday's Hold-My-Commute Reception. Admission also includes the opportunity to attend Tuesday night’s Roast & Toast (based on availability). You cannot work in a booth with an Attendee Registration.

Individual uniformed servicemember defined as Active Duty, Guard, and Reserve members in the Navy, Air Force, Space Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, NOAA, or USPHS. This does not include retired military or veterans.

This category does not include individuals attending primarily for marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, or corporate communications purposes.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before December 30, 2026 will incur a 25% cancellation charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made for cancellations received after this date and the full registration and events fees will be payable. Refunds do not apply to donations or processing fees, which are non-refundable. Cancellations must be made in writing to registration@totalforceplus.org. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to badge pickup at registration.
